Made this bookmark over the weekend for the challenge over at Passion for Promarkers - Emerald & Marine and not a card.
I intend to make a few for Christmas gifts.
It's not awesome but I am sure it will keep someone's place in their book handy to find.
The image is a download from BeeCrafty which I thought perfect for this.
I coloured using the challenge colours plus :- Cool Aqua, Ivory, Vanilla, Pastel Pink, Amethyst, Satin, Apple, Meadow Green, Royal Blue, Sky Blue and Cool Grey 1. It's amazing how many colours you get to use on something which looks to be quite similar in shading.
The Wording is by HOTP
The paper on the back is Kay & Co 'Hopscotch'
Sentiment stamp on the back by Papercraft4you.
Stamped using Versafine Onyx Black
The wording says ' The Way to Know Life is to Love Many Things'
On completion I laminated it and punched a hole in the top for a couple of bits of ribbon from my stash.
