Trying to catch up with my cards so combining two fabulous challenge blogs for this card. Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge #24 is 'Favourite Colour' and over at Colour Create the theme is 'Turquoise, Navy & Lime', which is definately a favourite combination of mine. Also on Colour Create no design papers could be used.
I inked a misc. 'Ivy' stamp with turquoise ink and stamped it over a piece of lime Bazzill card for my background. This stamp has a date of 1991 on it's wood mount, so it's going strong. I stamped little Prima owls in the same ink onto a tag added lime and turq. ribbon and turq. buttons, one with a small piece of navy ribbon through the holes. All mounted onto a ribbed navy card.
Seemed really strange not using any papers, and feel it has that Hero Arts look about it.
