My First Tilda

After a wonderful stamped image swap on the forum, I just had to make my first Tilda card.
I do love these images they are so cute, but have yet to buy any myself. I have enough stamps to start a shop of my own, and so many as yet unused I cannot justify buying any more.
I watercoloured her and added Stickles Icicle to her wings.
The card blank is ages old from a Dawn Bibby pack on QVC.
The 'bloom' was cut using a Sissex die in my 'Bug' along with the embossed swirl card done in the 'Bug' too.
Flowers and gems from my stash.

Weekends Witterings

Well, These are the cards I made yesterday.

The first is just a play with old stash, as I hate to throw anything away, even freebie papers in mags., and using my newish Nestabilities which I adore, really need the round ones now. The teasel stamp is by Stamps Away c1049

The 2nd card was using the new Laura Ashley paper that our forum 'Fairy Godmother' sent me. They are all stunning, I have yet to use any of the matching fabric covered brads. The ribbon is by DCWV 'Old World'. I scalloped the edge of the green card with Fiskars 'cloud' edgers and labouriously punched the holes with a Fiskars hole punch. Sentiment from a selection of swaps off the craft forum.

The 3rd card is using some gorgeous Basic Grey papers I have had stashed away for ages. The wasp/bee sticker is by Anna Griffin and the little word stamp is from a set by PSX

Time.................

This is a card I did for a forum comp. which was entitled Male + Flower.
The dandelion seed which I stamped all over the card and paper is an unknown unmounted from eBay. The dandelion full seed head is 'Dandelion Clock' by Hobby Arts FL923D
TO WISH YOU is black peel-offs and the Happy Birthday is a rub-on
Papers are unknown
The small round element next to the seed head says 'Time' and is off a sheet of brad frame stickers by I Kan'dee 43202-vintage

My brother George was the lucky recipient for his birthday on March 26th

LO No. 2

Getting Better.

This is my youngest son. Nicholas Edward born 30th May 1975

These 2 LO's were made thanks to the mojo inspired by my dear crafting forum buddy Kerrie.

Just the kick up the proverbial I needed.

My Very First LO

It can only get better from here.

Dear little Monica, I soooo miss her.

WELCOME

Hi, thanks for taking time out to visit my little planet Blog. I am now retired and have spent the best part of my life crafting in one way or another.I have been cardmaking for about 7 years now and have just recently turned my hand to scrapbooking. And with 60 years of photos at my disposal, I think I may have opened a huge can of worms. Please feel free to use any design you see for your own cards or LO's.

I can't promise I will be as up to date as necessary, but will try my best to keep up. LOL
