The 2 flowers are Making Memories Hydrangeas
the 3 P.P's are Kay & Co. 'Sparkley Sweet'

Recycled

Chocoholic's Friday Challenge over on the forum was to have a recycled item on the card.
I went a bit better and apart from the base card everything is recycled. My favourite thing, so satisfying.
The brown paper is cut from an envelope Sarn (Chocoholic) had made when she sent me a beautiful friendship card. I punched out a flower and a circle too with this paper.
The lovely swirly paper is cut from an advertising letter as are the remaining punched circles for the flower.
The script strip is a paper off the gum strip off an envelope - check out the word Basildon lol!!
The button must be about 50 years old and is out of my mum's treasured button tin and is a really scuffed looking thing.
The thread is from my cotton throw which when I washed it unravelled at the edges so these were cut off and are proving very useful.
The sentiment is cut from the Thank You letter accompanying a CD I bought from Pink Petticoat.
So I definitley think this is my best recycling effort to date.
This card will also be great for the current ABC Challenge - C for Circles.
And
A Spoonful of Sugar 67 - Distressing as all edges of the flowers were distressed and the brown paper also

Summer.....it's a wrap

A 3 x combo going on here.
365 Cards Day 122 - 'It's a Wrap' - to use wrapping paper
Spoonful of Sugar Ch. 58 - 'Summer'
Passion for Promarkers - Ruth's Drawing

Loved this image download off P for P to use on a card
Promarkers used :-
Spice/ Shale/ Vanilla/ Apricot/ Cinnamon/ Turqouise & Pastel Blue
The wrapping paper used was a piece I saved from a gift I received, it's so gorgeous.
I decoupaged 2 of the sunflowers and added Craft Planet glitter glue in orange to the middles of the flowers
The sentiment stamp is by Hero Arts which I stamped and edged the tag I made in Adirondack Bottle
Cream base card, cream lace and ribbon from my stash.
I used my Fiskars border punch 'Threading Water' to edge the piece of card across the centre

I had to photograph it instead of scan it as the glitter glue is still wet. lol!

365 Spoonfuls of Passion.....

This is my title for a combo of 365 Cards theme 'Oh! Boy' - Spoonful of Sugar's Sketch and Passion for Promarkers colours this week-----Royal Blue and Berry Red.
I adored doing this card as everything went together so well.
The sketch by Michelle O. over at Spoonful of Sugar was challenge 56 and was great to do.
The theme of a 'Oh! Boy' over at 365 Cards at first daunted me, as I don't have much call for boys cards.
But............
Then I remembered that this weeks colour scheme on Passion for Promarkers was red and blue and it all fell together as the image of football came straight into my mind.
So the ingredients used are :-
Stamped image from a forum buddy
Promarkers used....Berry Red, Royal Blue, Cool Grey 2, Raw Sienna
Copics used........Pinkish White, Blush, Pale Grape
Sakura Glaze Gel Pen in black
Uniball Signo broad - white
'Happy Birthday' paper - Craft Creations...wait for it....2002 !!!
Striped paper - Doodlebug 'Boy O Boy Dotted Line (I cut into a 12 x 12 for this)

Base card and sentiment stickers from my stash.
Thanks to the challenge blogs for feeding my mojo. xxx

A Spoonful Of Sugar

A Spoonful Of Sugar is a lovely challenge blog and I spent so long on #42 that I missed the deadline so I will use this wonderful sketch from 42 for the #43 challenge which is GEMS. There are 2 flat-backed pale green pearls and a lovely little faux citrine gem in the flowers so am sure this will be acceptable. The gems are from my stash.
The image is Penny Black which is adorable and the papers are K & co., Primas flowers and ribbon from my stash. All the faux stitching is rub-ons by Doodlebug 'Sew Easy'
The lovely sentiment stamp is by Stampabilities stamped in black Versafine
